Each room has a private bathroom and toilet.  Guests have access to common areas such as an equipped guest kitchen, living room, terrace and wine bar. Outdoor playground, billiard, table football, ping- pong table, trampoline are also available on our terrace. Free WIFI access is provided in the house. Parking is free. Our room rates include a breakfast consisting of abundant and local ingredients (homemade ham, sausage, salami, vegetables, etc.) with locally baked bread, fruits, jams, honey, coffee and various teas. 

We do not accept children under 10 years of age and babies in these rooms, we can accommodate them in our family apartments or Safari Lodge accommodations. 

Our double room overlooking the forest has its own large terrace with a whirlpool on the terrace.  This room can accommodate 2 people, but no extra bed placement is possible. We can provide a baby cot for an extra infant free of charge here.  It has its separate entrance, own bathroom and toilet. This room has a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and free WIFI internet access. The room rate includes a rich breakfast with local ingredients (homemade ham, sausages, garden vegetables, etc.), locally baked bread, fruits, coffees, teas, breakfast is served on the private terrace if possible, in our wine bar in bad weather.

The hot tub on the terrace is open from mid-March to the end of November.
